Warm greetings from Head of School Josh Wolman

On behalf of the entire Aspen Country Day School community, I welcome you to our website. I hope you will find valuable information and get a sense of our special school, but the best way to see our school is in person! I still remember the first time I visited the campus. There is nothing like seeing firsthand the special qualities that make Aspen Country Day School so remarkable.

Aspen Country Day is distinctive in its ability to place a strong emphasis on early-childhood education and allow middle school students leadership opportunities while encouraging them to stay young for as long as possible. ACDS students graduate and find great success at the area's top high schools as well as at the nation's leading independent schools. We work diligently to find the best high school for each individual child. High schools across the country report that ACDS students arrive on campus ready to learn, lead, succeed, and contribute to their new school communities in many important ways.

Aspen Country Day is a spectacular place for children to spend the most critical years of growth and development. We have students who are as young as 3 years old, and we nurture them until they graduate from Eighth Grade. Our spectacular new campus and outstanding facilities offer plenty of room to grow in mind, body, and spirit, and our talented faculty and staff create a "family" that cares deeply about the success and well-being of each and every child.

We look forward to seeing you on campus!

Aspen Country Day School, through its commitment to rigorous academics, creative arts, and outdoor education, ignites curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking. In an inspiring mountain setting, our nurturing community encourages students to strive for individual excellence and instills in them a lifelong love of learning, sense of purpose, and responsible citizenship.
