PreKindergarten supply lists - by mail

A paper packet has been provided to parents or will be sent via US Mail in summertime. Contact us if you have not yet received it. If you prefer to download and print, here is the link. Please return a hard copy of all forms, and note that some forms require the signature of a health provider. Children may not begin school without a complete immunization record.

Things to bring on the first day:
● a family picture (print) with your child
● a change of clothes, labeled, in a ZipLock bag
● diapers or pull-ups and wipes, if needed
● 1 box of washable markers (the thin-tipped kind, not the wide ones)
● a small pillow for rest time (labeled with your child’s name)
● a small blanket to stay at school (labeled with your child’s name)
● a sippy cup or child-sized water bottle
If your child has a favorite blanket or stuffed animal that comforts during rest time, please feel free to bring it to leave at school. Please make sure your child wears a sweater or jacket to school daily; we play outside every day! Everything brought from home should be clearly marked with your child’s name.

Kindergarten supply & outdoor ed list

There are no specific school supplies you must buy. The children's books and materials are provided and kept in class. Please make sure your child has:
  • a backpack or bookbag - big enough to hold a standard-size school folder
  • a small water bottle to be kept in the classroom
We go outside to play every day. Please make sure your child wears a sweater or jacket to school daily. Everything brought from home should be clearly marked with your child's name.

About snack: Kindergarteners have a substantial morning snack daily. As we find that children this age do best with a snack from home (something they are eager to eat!), we ask that parents pack a wholesome snack to send with your child each day. No candy, cookies, or sweets. Snack ideas: crackers, cheese, apples, carrots, nutrition bars, goldfish, packs of yogurt, etc.
